I would like to take this opportunity to introduce myself, my name is Gary Blum and I am currently employed as a real estate agent with Diller and Fisher one of the top agencies on the Seven Mile Island with 84 years of experience. As a fourth generation native of Stone Harbor, I have lived through all the great changes that have affected Stone Harbor and Avalon. I am also the fourth generation owner of Henny's Restaurant, which was one of the biggest and most successful businesses on the island. As the owner, I was responsible for the operation and management of the restaurant. Through the restaurant, I have developed positive relationships with families from Pennsylvania, New York and Delaware who vacation or own homes in Avalon and Stone Harbor.
